This is a really slick push-pull workout using the 20-10 Tabata interval training protocol and a band attachment set-up.

Exercise1- Band Chest Press @ @ 20 s on, 10 s off
Exercise2- Band Squat Pull @ 20 s on, 10 s off
Perform this superset 4x total
