This amusing commercial for the St. Louis AOR station K-SHE 95 played fairly constantly in the mid-late '80s. I still love it.

I remember going down to the station when it was no more than a large brick photomat and knocking on the window and trading joints for albums and other KSHE gear, If you think it's not true go ask J.C he must have handed out half the studio but he always had pounds and pounds of pot when he lived in AUDABON PARK.

I loved KSHE 95. Nektar, Joe Walsh, Moody Blues, Yes, Mahavishnu Orch.
It was awesome. I got it on old radios with fair-to-bad reception, but I never missed a day without tuning them in.

In the '80s, as a teenager, KSHE was the sh**!!!!
I've never seen any other radio station that had such wild commercials, and marketing, like Tshirts and mugs and stuffed pigs.

As a St. Louis radio rat (and former PD at an STL station), I remembered and LOVED this spot...HELL YEAH, BRO'! YOU'RE NEVER TOO OLD TO ROCK AND ROLL!
