TLC Cancels LA Ink

Buh Byeee LA Ink. Kat Von D is officially done with her reality show
 
Hey everyone this is Ani Esmailian for Hollyscoop dot com. Kat Von D and Jesse James broke up last month and she's breaking up with TLC this month. TLC just announced that the current season of L.A. ink will be its last.
 
They released a professional statement saying they were proud of the series and everything it had accomplished but that the current season is the last.
 
Kat Von D herself had a different spin on the news, however. "In an effort to capitalize on my recent breakup, the network has decided to focus their energy on re-editing events that didn't happen while filming," she said adding that the new footage is an insult to my fans and viewers.
 
Without a reality show or a high-profile D-List relationship, Kat Von D is just a tattoo artist. Can someone get this girl on Dancing with the Stars? Or Celebrity Rehab? Everyone in Hollywood goes to rehab at some point, right?
 
This hasn't been the best year for Kat Von D. In November, Kat Von D's house burned down and she lost her pet cat in the fire. She's a talented girl so I'm sure she'll do just fine.

I always love reality shows about TATTOOS. And I used to watch LA Ink, and also Miami Ink. But what made me stop watching that was that they changed their focus. It wasn't about Tattoos or art anymore, but drama, fights and people acting like stupid. I got sick of that. But the truth is, if TLC decided that they want this, Kat can't change anything. So I guess she made the best choice.
