I have a similar tourette syndrome experience.. I DO have tourettes and OCD. I say the "n" word everytime I see a black person, and I LOVE ALL people. I just think it in my mind and feel SO bad. But I feel God knows that it's not my heart, I REALLY don't feel this way, only recently.. it may be my OCD but I still do have tourettes..in the physical sense.. life is rough.
