  • how many patterns you have in hung gar (like green dragon leaves the water or black tiger caches the ram) and wich are they?

  • the names arent so important, only if u have spare time and like to learn the ping ying chinese name as well- There are many forms inside the Hung Gar which share many similarities with each other, but boasting a significant characteristic difference needed to build and shape you into the style.

best way is to make your own training journal with explanations, meanings and then the names etc for your own interest. Happy training

  • Powerful!

    you know?

  • thanks eko-this intro is a signature salute..Fat San - Wong Fei Hong lineage

In my country there are no qualified teachers of these style. Any informatin is very welcome. By the way, great performance, you are really good. Thank you very much.

  • this is how hung gar should be practiced with power and muscle intensity

  • Nice set. It looks like your lineage has a lot of Choy Li Fut influence.
