Yeah! Converting to 16:9 or to an HD format will make the size of file bigger. It always happen.

btw mine says wen i enter an avi that it cant locate decompressor for format xvid unknown n then says it requires a video for windows (vfw) compatible codec to decompressvideo what do i do about that

@phantomempire: Try using Virtualdub-MPG2. It'll accept mpeg but convert it to avi
I did this and the result was great. The only problem is the end video was 2GB big. I'm a computer noob but I know that 2GB is TOO big for a 3 minute video. What did I do wrong?

As I mention on the video description, you've to compress the video with xvid codec or another one you like.

olis, tengo un problema !! converti un video avi de 4:3 a 16:9 como explicaste en el video, el problema es k el video original pesaba 18.8 MB, aora k lo e convertido pesa 96.5 MB =S ahora como ago para k no pese tanto o para k pese como antes o incluso menos, espero tu respuesta ! =)
