Can you do that on a $40 Everlast entry level speed bag kit that has the thin particle board platform and plastic swivel?

@SPOOFERJOHNSTON1 Cool. I didn't know if it was my bag that was crap or me. I guess its just me. I'm 3 days into speed bag training and I can't get my bag to do what you do. I just thought it was my bag, platform or swivel. Can you post a video of working on a cheap entry level bag so everyone can see what is possible even on cheap equipment? Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it!
