Pokemon Ruby Destiny Rescue Rangers Part 34

In this part I travel in Whirl Islands and I don't really know what to do next :|
The problem is that I can't find Breloom anywhere.
If someone can tell me where Breloom is I'll continue this walkthrough then.

Btw I trainer my pokemon a lot before I recorded this :)

Breloom is at the very left of where that legendary Pokemon is(the one near the rock that can teleport you).
