Start with all the weight on right leg. Shuffle feet on cadence making sure that opposite foot makes it to line under you. Don't shift upper body and keep a low center of gravity. Do not let upper body move. He should stay over the line and feet even.

  • Good video, the guy in the front could bring his right arm closer to his center though, when he swings it forward it's further out than his left arm is when it's forward
