I will be reviewing all the supplements I use. I have been training with the use of BSN supplements for 4 weeks now and wouldn't use any other product, I'll be reviewing N.O xplode, Lean Dessert, Truemass and Syntha 6 so stay tuned!

  • Take it after a work out and at night time. You shouldnt need it in the morning BECOUSE YOU SHOULD BE EATING A BREAKFEST HIGH IN PROTIEN.

  • @johnplayersstandard that depends tho doesnt it, some people have work in the morning and only have time for some oats or cereal or toast and cant make a huge breakfast so its better to have your carbs from your breakfast and some fruit and a big serving of protein.

    I started using cell mass but stopped working out. I found it in my pantry and I want to start using it again as I am going to start to hit the gym. Its been about 30 days, but it suggests using it within a 30 day period, will it still be okay to use?

  • @thereecious I dont know, tell tale signs of it going 'bad' is if it has started to form big lumps within the powder, its due to the sugars and crap that they put in it.

  • CellMass is amazing! I take it right after I do P90X. Trust me, it'll be your best friend after that

  • @ItsOnlyDominick On training days take it once after your workout, and once more before bed but it has to be about 5 hours before. Non training days once when you wake up and once before you go to bed.

  • how many times a day should i take it , and when should i take it ? thank you

  • do you have have a loading phase with this? some creatine supps recommend to load it for a week

  • @christophela That's why I wake up at 6am (2 hours behind) leaving for work ..gives me time to have my egg whites, oats, broccoli, multi-vit and make 3 meals for work :)...

  • Another cheaper way of reducing protein breakdown during the night is just drinking a casein shake before going to bed, or eat Quark (a type of food very high in protein and 100% of the protein are of casein). Works great + it raises your total protein intake that day. :)

  • @14gandhiganjamaster LOL they are completely differnet chemicals. You should do some reading.
