first of all you dont "need" a gps or all that mad kit he has ... people have been doing motorcycle adventure touring since the 50s ... i know some old guys that have done top to bottom south america in the 70s on old triumphs with maps and leather jackets ..... all that kit can isolate you from the the people and the journey itself . you roll into some poor village in bolivia looking like a million dollars and people already have distanced themselves from you . but nice vid anyway .

Good video TT. I have same bike, 2009 GSA, red, and have been setting it up for touring also They are the most wonderful bike to ride long distances on. I strongly recommend them. I'm working on a trip to Antarctica next December.
