Director/Camera/Post: Dan Farberoff

Desert Crossings is short-listed for London's 2012 Cultural Olympiad.

A collaboration between South West based State of Emergency and South African choreographer Gregory Maqoma, Desert Crossings is inspired by the South West's Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and the link, through time, between the ancient desert landscapes preserved there and the deserts of southern Africa's Skeleton Coast.

State of Emergency and Gregory Maqoma will be creating an inspirational, multimedia dance and film spectacle for the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, along with a national tour, and a public programme involving communities across the South West and in South Africa.
