@paulapaularaejohnson I was thinking the same thing. I found out that he is one of the best sessional guitarists in the world and his name is Philip Palmer. He's a beauty!

For me both Knopfler & Clapton are musical geniuses. This is flawless. Jeff Healey also totally nails this song.

@gtgtclolmwah - That's true. He even played it during the last DS tour a couple of times. A lot greater version than this, and this is still really good.

Mark Knopfler wrote it, gave it to Jeff Healey who released a own version. Dire Straits played it a very few times during the OES tour.
