Shown at the end of the 100th episode of Scrubs, My Way Home, season 5 episode 7. Ted's band, The Blanks, start singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow and it is such a fitting song to end the episode.

The feeling you get from watching scrubs is kind of the same as when you eat something that's both savory and sweet. Each episode was always funny and light hearted but left you with a deep message and something to ponder about your own life. The most amazing show in the world, and I honestly doubt that any other could top it!
