My personal interpretation of the poem is that, when women swear it's considered vulgar, wrong, and people will generally assume that you're a "slag" "hag" or "slut", but when a man swears it's considered macho and tough - in my opinion, when women express themselves sexually, verbally or speak their mind, people can't handle it - because women are expected to sit pretty, talk pretty and be pretty. Go proshka!
