  • the first song bassline is sweet! You should try it, you'd do a great work ;)

  • @jekof4 ok, i can try...

    Thank you for comment!

  • there's several tracks here, particularly "two completely different things" , that are good as anything they've done. In fact "two completely different things" is worthy of any classic album.

  • @gallen5042 i like so much " two completely different things"

  • This seems brilliant. Bit confused though, track listings for album on play.com show less than 19 tracks?

  • @SkillipEvolver this is the DELUXE version of the new album, only that have 19 tracks + 2 videos. The standard version have 12 tracks

  • 08. I love it when you get on down and work me, babe, on your knees, once again, she's a fast pursuader, outer space... 09. What I want and what you give, are two completely different things, and it just don't feel the same, now you don't call my name... ooh, hey, baby, what I want and what you give, yeah... 10. I can't stick around here, no it's bad for my health, i said goodbye to my dancer, so long to my lover, though we never made it... My favourite songs - plus 07. Lifeline.

  • This is like gold dust, for me, this is - thanks for uploading the songs - I don't have the Deluxe Edition; never knew there was one. AWESOME!!! ^^

  • I like "all good in the hood". and i do like hej floyd exept for some parts of the track.

I like the old sound of jamiroquai.

type in these words in you tube look how similar it is to the old stuff

"fender rhodes piano minimoog funk disco song"

    "Fender Rhodes & Moog song"

    what did you think?

  • @soniq351 I agree with you that A Funk Odyssey was a disppointment and that Dynamite wasn't much better, but the reason why those albums aren't as good as the first 3 is that Jamiroquai went way out of their zone by experimenting with different sounds. They finally nailed it with Rock Dust Light Star. If you don't think this is up their with their first 3 albums, I don't blame you... but there are 2 songs on RDLS that are the best they've ever done: "She's a Fast Persuader" and "TCDT".

  • @Braenchild1

Rock dust star light was an improvement from the last album however some tracks sounded like jk was trying to be like lenny kravitz and the blues wile other tracks nearly retained the good sound of old jam but they were rushed. Funk Oddysy brought in the pop disco what a let down and i did not like that whispery george michaels voice jk used alot on Dynamite

Rock dust light star is better compared to Dynamite but only just

  • @Braenchild1 jamiroquai after synkronized lost it unique acid jazz sound and became pop retro disco.

    EOPE 10/10

Return of the space cowboy 10/10

    Traveling without moving 10/10

    Synkronized 8/10

    Funk Oddysy 6/10

    Dynamite 4/10

    Rock dust star light 6/10

  • @Braenchild1 First 3 jamiroquai albums were acid jazz those albums had great sounds and instruments and the tracks were not rushed and some them went for nearly 10:00 minute. first 3 albums you can play over and over again and the sound was mature unique jamiroquai. the sounds that came from the key board was a head trip and the other instruments were just great.

  • @eskay006 He's 41. He lost them. Lol. But at least his wonderful tone is still there.

  • @soniq351 If they had stayed the same, they wouldv'e been one of the best groups of all-time?? Because of those 3 albums you've just mentioned, they ARE one of the best groups of all-time. And if they didn't become a huge success after their 3rd album, why would any succeeding album break them in? Besides, Jamiroquai is more brilliant than you give them credit for because none of their 7 albums resemble each other. If you don't believe me, go thru all 7 and re-listen. These guys evolve.

  • Thanks for this posting. After first listening, not sure I will buy this album. I'm disappointed. This has to be the most soulless Jamiroquai album I've heard at least on first listen. Not a good departure for them.
