SO BY TAKING ONE SCRIPTURE (INSTEAD OF TWO OR THREE AS TOLD BY MOSES AND THE APOSTLE PAUL WHO BAPTIZED ALL BELIEVERS IN JESUS' NAME - UNLIKE YOU -) YOU MAKE A TRINITY BY WRESTLING ONE SCRIPTURE OUT OF CONTEXT! That's no different then the Pharisees who made the word of God to no effect or powerless by their traditions. Matthew 28:19 is a clear description of the very Trinity true Christians have always been baptized into.

The Didache says: Now concerning baptism, baptize as follows: after you have reviewed" all these things, baptize "in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Mat_28:19) in running water.

Where in the word of God is there a trinity? Please show me where there's a verse that says God is three distinct persons as per the councils of 325 and 381 say there are. Again show me in the Scriptures one verse that says God is a tri-unity (Trias). Show me or remain silent in your non-scriptural attacks against real Christians who hold to sola scriptura as did Jesus (Matt 4:4). I will await that exact Scripture verse that proves a trinity without any doubt.

The Trinity is clearly set before you in that verse! The fact that you are so muddle-headed that you think someone can be his own Father is not my fault!

Btw Cyprian quoted 1John 5:7 in the 3rd century as Scripture

...the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.

@IDH77 Sorry, the translation in modern English is, "these three are in agreement," not "these three are one." And the meaning of being "one" is made understandable in John 17. Too bad, though: it does not sustain the Trinity as described by the Nicene or Athanasian creeds. Acts2and38ministries is correct, the Trinity is not a doctrine sustained by the old or new testaments.

@Xenophile665 Sorry but it’s obvious that you’ve never bothered checking the Greek for yourself using Strong’s Concordance. The word ‘one’ is ‘heis’ or the numeral 1. It’s NEVER translated as ‘agree’.

The Trinity is definitely in the Bible as that is how I came to believe in it. Oneness is theological confusion and Arianism is pure Scripture twisting.

John Haggee is way of base when he said that Christ didn't come to this planet to be the Messiah. He knew that His crucifixion was getting ready to befall Him and He said

Joh 12:27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.

He acknowledged that Peter was right in calling Jesus the Christ (Messiah). A woman talked about the Messiah, and Christ said that the One she spoke of was He.

So according YOU Peter who baptized only in Jesus' name did it wrong! Matthew who wrote the supposed trinity phrase assissted him in Acts 2:38-42 baptizing everyone in that singular name was wrong also. Luke was there and he baptized into Jesus' name. Paul who was alater convert did it wrong when he was baptized into Jesus' name and baptized others that way. (Acts 2:38-22:16) Eph 2:20 said the church was built on the apostles and Jesus. But not your pagan trinity church. Are you all Catholics?

@acts2and38ministries Try looking up who raised Jesus from the dead, all 3 did, or who heals, all 3 do, or look up who creates, all 3 do, or who judges man, all 3 do, or who forgives, all 3 do, I could go & on but U get the picture, now do some home work using a Concordance & Teach yourself some Truth.The Trinity was recognized by the early Church Fathers & all who accept the Bible literally as GOD intended it to be understood. The Trinity is seen by looking at the various verses where 3 different individuals all either create, do or say or forgive or heal or show or proclaim or listen or are lied to or are sadden, all doing the same thing that only the 1 GOD can do. All 3 are referenced separably doing the same thing that only GOD does. All 3 R the same GOD as there is only 1 GOD but 3 doing the same things

So were you baptized into the trinity and by what organization is the next topic to talk about. Please respond instead of speaking vain bablings of how there's a mysterious (work of iniquity) trinity that's nowhere in any name or form taught by Jesus or the Apostles by whom the early church was made (Ephesians 2:20). Jesus and the apostles are the foundation of the church. They baptized into the name of Jesus. But how were you baptized and by what organization is the question. Please answer...
