i wonder why russians never speak english, i met more thn 1000 russians, and they all dont speak english! lol, thts just horrible man, russians got big problem with english.

English is one of the subjects wich almost everyone learn at school.. But it's different english.. Teachers are not native speakers and so on.. So it is hard to learn it right at school.

@1701Fahed 1) look for its meaning in a dictionary, im not here to explain things for u, dumbass 2) it doesnt matter if english is the world language or not, it doesnt mean they have to learn it, if they dont see reasons for it 3) russian is not spoken only in europe, even because most of the russian territory is in asia, as i can see u dont need only a dicionary, but an atlas as well... 4) i dont give a fuck if u're american or not

@rosca20 first, what the fuk is madatory? and 2nd, yes they must learn and know how to speak english, because english the world's language, and u can speak it wherever you go, and 3rd no one need to learn russian, cuz its only spoken in europe, and 4th im not fuking american!
