Can someone please explain this weird crazy phenomenon to me...?????
I know it has something to do with gypsies, but it would be cool if someone could give some insight in english!!..Thanks!

Gypsies in Romania are organized in ,,clanuri" (clans), there is a kind of gypsies' MAFIA. There are very poor gypsies, of course, but many of them are very rich. They have no job, they pay no taxes, but they have very expensive cars and huge houses which look like a palace. This phenomenon has started after the revolution in 1989. They didn't have such a pig power and influence during comunism, or money. Nobody knows exacly how they earn so much money.
