If you idiots commenting "see what it gets you" and "didn't see anyone getting beat" would watch, you'd see at 3:48 in the video is when the guy gets hit repeatedly for no reason other than a third police officer comes up and starts slamming his baton into him. The polic officer in the back seems distracted by the loaud obnoxious cuffed man, and then decides to slam the guy on the carhood, apparently making it look like he was struggling when he wasn't. Making the brutal officer beat him.
