I heard this on a compilation in the early 80's, I think. Does anyone know the history of car horns used in musical composition?
Is wendy's organ based on Ted Sledzinski's car horn organ? I know of Gyorgi Lygetti's car horn prelude (1975-77) and it seems that the Futurist Luigi Russolo made an instrument which replicated a car horn. But does anyone know any other examples pre-1975?

Given that the US has just refused to sign up to any meaningful carbon emission limits, this should be the only allowable version of the s.s. banner from now on. Bravo Wendy!
