Texas Governor Rick Perry, in an interview with San Antonio's KENS, blamed his security detail, the Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Legislature for his rental mansion extravagance. Perry is living in a $10,000-a-month taxpayer-funded rental mansion, and has spent thousands of taxpayer dollars on wasteful items -- including $1,000 drapes from Neiman Marcus, a $700 clothes rack, and a subscription to Food & Wine Magazine.
RICK PERRY WILL NEVER WIN , OBAMA WILL BE SECOND TERM PRESIDENT! IF AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL PICK REPUBLICAN TERRORISTS WILL ATTACK USA AGAIN, WHY? THEY HATE BUSH AND HIS FATHER. I DONT WANT ANYMORE BUILDINGS COLLPASING LIKE TWIN TOWERS. LETS WORK AS A TEAM! IF YOU WANT OBAMA TO DO SOMETHING JUST TELL HIM BUT DONT PICK REPUBLICAN AS A PRESIDENT. THE WHOLE WORLD HATES REPUBLICANS , REPUBLICANS LIKE WARS AND REPUBLICANS ARE NOT SAFE FOR USA! ONLY DEMOCRATS CAN SAVE USA. REST IN PEACE 9/11 PEOPLE!

The Candidate puppets that the REPUBLICAN party put forth each year just keep getting DUMBER AND DUMBER. It's getting really embarrassing to be an American these days. They are all so clearly corrupt and we get screwed a little more with each new president.

So as Governor you have no say so on where you live. Did you even try to say no or even have a discussion that this is not the best way to spend tax payer's money. Did you even try to offer to pay the rent yourself. So I guess the DPS forced you to live at that mansion. Hey DPS you can force me anytime to live in a mansion with a heated pool.
