Ingredients:
Oyster(s)350 g
Garlic3 tbsp [fried, diced]
Corn starch [for dusting]
Iceberg lettuce [for serving]
Seasoning Mix:
XO Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Procedure:
1.Blanch oysters in boiling water. Drain.
2.Dust oysters with corn starch.
3.Pan-fry oysters in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Add seasoning mix and stir well until heated through. Put on lettuce and sprinkle with fried garlic.
