  • JS songs are so integrated and complex with so much going on in them but they were always easy to listen to and good. I think they missed a lot of airplay because they were mostly so long but they were complete. Nice video, it's kind of complex in the same way.

  • @tryithere Thanks a lot for your comment my friend.

  • Jefferson Starship played in Dayton Ohio in 75, My girlfriend snuck backstage and sweet-talked the roadies into letting her in the dressing rooms, where she plastered the mirrors with lipstick and soap writing 'Grace, say hi to Keith' (me). Sure as shit, halfway tru the concert she said "Where in the hell is Keith?" We were close to the stage, and my friends hoisted me up on their shoulders. We got her attention and she was amused and gracious. What happy memories.

  • @pouchfreeman Realy happy memories my friend :).. wow I can imagine the emotion you've felt when Grace called your name ... wow...but just being there in a original Jeffesron Starship concert, for me it would be everything in the world my friend...:)))))

  • Beautiful video to a great song.

  • "FREEDOM AT POINT ZERO" is their BEST LP.

Mickey Thomas has a awesome voice!!

  • I have no words for this song !

I saw it in a dream....

  • So beautifu! Thank you for this video! I never got experience such a wonderful time when this era was around as my Father was still just a child at the time. But boy do I dream about it instead...

  • Red Octopus and Spitfire were my two absolute favorite albums in the late 70s. I would play them over and over and over with my headphones on, trying to capture each voice, each instrument, each word. The powerful combination of voices and masterfully played instruments never grew old to me.

  • Great band in it's various incarnations. Found them as second hand vinyl in 1985.

Blows Against the Empire was equal favourite with Spitfire for the cover art...

These folks KNEW what Acid was and how to use it... and wrote great music as well.
