I have an insert for the left inside of my DVD Amaray case, which I have converted to jpg.
How do I get the insert to the 300 DPI that Kunaki requires?
I'm using Windows 7, and Gimp.
I don't have PhotoShop. Will Gimp do this, and if so, how? Or would I have another program, on my computer, that is a standard program that comes with Windows 7 that would do this? Many thanks for your help.

Hi Deborah, I have question, when I tried to upload my dvd to kunaki and click launch your product button but it says no entry point. Do you have any idea why? I saw in your video that when kunaki had finished compiling the product, you can test it then ready to be published. Thank you so so much!

Hi Deborah,
Thank you for this video! I have sent many of my studio clients to your videos to aid them in production of their own CDs.

How'd you get the text and stuff on that very narrow side of the case? I'm designing a CD and I got all the art made but I can't get that one side right

Thanks for sharing your great tip! Many of my clients have their DVDs or CDs shipped in bulk to them to send either to a fulfillment center or send out directly as orders come in.
Great idea to include an unadvertised bonus. Thanks for sharing!

If you sell a CD or DVD, Kunaki is great for packaging and duplication.
Here's a tip to get more from Kunaki...
I always have Kunaki ship directly to me. That way I can include bonus CD or DVD content in with every order I sent to a customer. I always send a couple bonus items that are related in some way to the original item purchased. I have lots of upsells on CD and DVD which makes this super easy. It's also extremely powerful and effective. People love getting more than they ordered!
Hi foxpro333
Thanks for your note. I don't use Vista so that may be the problem though a general IO error sounds like a hardware error. Does the drive work otherwise?
It could the cable you use to connect to the drive is faulty or even that your driver for the drive is corrupt.
Have you tried contacting Kunaki for support? They might be able to tell you if it's an error they've heard of. They're usually pretty responsive.

I'm having a big problem with Kunaki: a client wants his movie uploaded to Kunaki, however the software constantly locks up at 23-88% & the message "Unable to read disc" pops up. I've tried burning the movie using 5 different programs & 3 brands of DVD+R. I've burned the movie about a dozen times now. I've tried uploading other DVD's I've made for clients. Everything will load EXCEPT the one video I need to upload! Does anyone here have a solution to the problem?

Hi vampyrhobbit!
Thanks for stopping by. Sorry to hear that you're receiving an error. I had a similar error previously. My client opted not to include that disc in his program but that's probably not the best solution.
Have you tried contacting Kunaki? They might be able to help.
