I have one question. What do you do if you need to change batteries?

where did you get the aluminum strip?? and the locknut? At home depot they only have 2'' and 3'' locknuts

Dude, awesome tutorial. I'm excited about building one for Halloween, but it wasn't until I'd already bought everything and gotten started that I realized I know nothing about grinding stuff (especially really hard stuff like stainless steel). A coworker suggested I could do it with his plain ol' rotary tool. Is that all I need?
Also, got any ideas how to stick this thing to one's person? Suggestions involving waxing any part of my body will not be considered.
