Nice, I got a 94 z28 with a 383 stroker lt1, t56 transmission (ram clutch), and a built rearend, and tons of other mods pushing 490 horses to the pavement (Dyno before I got new heads)

@chaas013 Yea that's definitely true too. And most people that end up going with a turbo have to delete AC or power steering, which a lot of people would like to keep. There are some thought that work around it and keep em, just gotta get clever when you go to make a kit or find the right kit.

@need2speed94 It's so hard to find room under the hood for a decent sized conventional turbo though.

@chaas013 Screw STS. Get a kit and pickup a quality turbo for it and stick with the conventional style of turbo kits. Rear mount is inconvenient, longer spool times (although they claim it's the same), and it is already pretty limited on space underneath F Body's.

howd you get it to 383 from the stock 350?im building a 93 lt1 and need pointers if you dont mind lol im looking for a good cam,heads,headers and exhaust,and gears if you dont mind

wow how did a video get turned in to a garage battle???? Love the car and great cam idle..... with the motor work done did you have to have your computer flashed or does the factory setting carry the cam? I would love to start messing with my 94 lt1 but this whole lt1 thing is new to me. im used to the old 350 with a distributer and normal cooling system

This is one NASTY LT1 . I have a 94 Formula, rebuilt trans, i want to build mine
Is yours a 383 stroker, with what Cam lifter kit and heads. Very clean shit man.

@MixQuisite - Thanks! That setup was a CC306 cam, Comp R lifters and stock ported heads.
