It's Going To Be Okay - Season 2 Episode 16 Part 1

*Meanwhile in the waiting room where everyone else was waiting for the news*
David: (Staring at Mitchell)
Mitchell: (Annoyed with being stared at) What?!
David: I think now is as good time as any to tell us what the hell happened.
Mitchell: There isnt much to tell.
Selena: Then why is she here?
Mitchell: (Shrugs)
Miley: Mitchell, dont make this harder then it has to be. Something obviously happened.
Nick: What did you do to her?
Mitchell: (Sighs) I didnt do anything, okay?
Kevin: Guys, calm down.
Danielle: Mitchell, why was she with you?
Mitchell: She came over to tell me that she was pregnant.
Nick: (Looks at Selena) Shes pregnant?
Selena: (Nods)
Kevin: Since when?
Danielle: She mentioned the other night that she might be, but she hadnt seen a doctor yet.
Miley: But then she did see a doctor, telling her that she was pregnant.
Nick: (Looks at Mitchell) Alright then, but why would she be telling you?
Mitchell: Because it might be mine.
Selena: Unfortunately.
Mitchell: (Nods) I get it, thanks.
Kevin: So shes here because of the baby? It might be hurt?
Miley: (Nods)
David: So like I was asking before, tell us what happened, Mitchell.
Mitchell: We were just having a bit of an argument, and all of a sudden she collapsed in pain. I dont know what to tell you other than that.
Miley: An argument about what?
Mitchell: (Looks at Miley) Same old. Except this time she actually said some things that were true, I just didnt realize.
Miley: Like?
Mitchell: How either way you spin it, its basically my fault.
Nick: Thats a shocker.
Mitchell: Look, I dont know you other than to be a friend of Demis, so Id appreciate it if you would stop analyzing me as if you knew me.
Nick: Whether I know you or not isnt my concern. You hurt Demi, which is my concern.
Mitchell: I know this already, thanks for the replay.
Nick: God, you certainly are an ass arent you?
Mitchell: Which makes you what? A son of a bitch?
Selena: Whoa, guys stop it.
Nick: (Shakes his head) No wonder she was never able to love you.
Miley: Nick!
Mitchell: (Nods) Same goes for you too I guess?
Nick: (Stands up about to walk over to him angrily) Shut up. You dont know what youre talking about.
Mitchell: (Laughs, standing up also) More than you know. But at least this one (looks at Selena and winks) is still with you regardless.
Kevin: (Holding Nick back) Guys, thats enough.
David: Mitchell, I think its time that you leave.
Mitchell: Im not leaving until I know shes okay.
Miley: (Stands in front of David) Lets go get some air, okay? Come on (Leaves)
Mitchell: (Walks out of the room staring at Nick, following Miley)
David: (Walks over to Nick) Dude, you alright?
Nick: (Nods) Just fine (Sits next to Selena)
Selena: Was he always like that David?
David: Fortunately, no. He used to be the nicest guy around. I honestly dont know what happened to him.
Danielle: Its how people act sometimes when theyre in love with someone who doesnt love them back.
Kevin: (Looks at her) And you know this how?
Danielle: (Giggles) Im a girl, I just do.
Selena: Yeah, shes right.
Nick: (Looks at Selena) Im sorry.
Selena: (Smiles and kisses him) Its okay.
David: This is driving me nuts.
Selena: Im sure if something was wrong Joe wouldve come and told us. I imagine hes probably in Demis room right now holding her while she sleeps.
Nick: (Looks at her questioningly) How--
Selena: (Sighs) Its where Id want to be.
Nick: In Joes arms?
Selena: (Hits him playfully) No dummy! Id want you to hold me if I was ever in pain.
Nick: (Pulls her into a hug)
Selena: (Laughs) Im not in pain.
Nick: I know, I just wanted to hold you anyways.
Danielle: Aw.
Kevin: Yes folks, my gag reflexes are in working order.
Nick: Whos the one who needs to grow up now there Kev?
Kevin: Yeah, Im going to say Still you kiddo.
Nick: (Shakes his head) Whatever.
Joe: (After leaving Demi asleep in her room, he walks into the waiting room) Nick, Kevins right you know.
Selena: (Quickly stands up) Hows Demi?
Joe: (Smiles) Shes sleeping.
Nick: And the baby?
Joe: (Nods) Just fine.
David: (Sighs) Thank god, I wasnt really in the mood to be put in jail for murder.
Joe: (Confused) What?
David: Well you know I would have had to kill Mitch.
Joe: (Laughs) Dude, hes your friend. Dont be ridiculous. Demi was just stressed, it had nothing to do with Mitchell. Well it did, but it was me too. Anyways, theyre fine.
Miley: (Walking into the room, leaving Mitchell in the hall listening to their conversation) Im glad to hear that. Is she resting?
Joe: (Nods) She was asleep when I left.
Miley: Good.
