For all of you who are interested. They are playing FJ Haydn's Op. 76,#5-I. Allegretto. Haydn's SQs are some of the finest written in the classical period. He wrote 83 of them. It's no wonder why Mozart admired him so much. The spacious room makes for great acoustics. Post the other movements.

You know the feeling you get when one morning at the end of winter you open your window and every fibre in your body and soul tells you that spring is starting? The sweet elation. You heart feels like it will burst with excitment and anticipation...
Well, that's kind of what I felt when I clicked this link and heard the first note. :-) The full and rich sound, the flowing melody, the feeling they put into it...
You guys are the best!

Sorry to say but no, I'm not in the Estes Park area. I worked there back in '88 and '89. My home is here in northern NY. Someday son though I hope to go back out there, this time for vacation.
The quality of musicianship in this quartet is unsurpassed. Great Work!!

That was nice, the accoustics are great in the Stanely plus it's a beautiful old and majestic hotel. I've been in there a couple of times but just into the main lobby area. I was working as a stable trail guide and had to go up to the Stanely to drop off some complimentary fliers for those who worked there.
