  • Both the Silk Worms and Goliath worms (same thing) are popular. However, they contain mostly water and not a lot of nutritional benefit. The worms are difficult to grown in large quantities and prone to disease (because of the high moisture content). We looked into producing these worms, but decided the cost/benefit did not make sense.
