if u guys dont know ..the trick to this is not to show the knife , as u can see when he starts to cut the knife gets bigger and he turns to hide it , there is a hole in the knife made exactly for the size of his arm and he just puts in on his arm and when he "pulls" the knife "out" of his arm u see that he turns again and the blade is smaller. he retracted the gap in the knife and he turned so you dont see it. why do u think the handle is so big...

The blade comes out of the handle if you watch closely you'll see that the knife is bigger when he cuts his arm
