I'm so grateful to live in Albuquerque...'cause ditch-surfing keeps me sane and happy...and, most important, it keeps me from grabbing my boss by his air and making him blow bubbles in the fryer. Which keeps me out of prison, heh.

Do lots of yoga, especially right before you jump into the ditches. And pound as much water/gatorade as you can, if you're from out of town, you'll get badly dehydrated without realizing it (there is NO moisture in our desert air, so you don't know you're sweating until you pass out!).
