The title of this video looks like exactly what I was looking for, but the sound quality seems pretty bad. I don't know whether it is just my computer, but there is a strange fuzzy electronic noise in the background which makes this video unlistenable to me. If it is just my computer, its a shame, as I really need my anxiety busting!

i actually find the loop of music in the background to be kind of spooky and anxiety inducing. I do a bit better with organic ocean sounds or water, rather than music, since music can be so subjective.

My safe place was next to a whitewatr river in the mountains...at one point I felt as if I was spinning and floating at the same time, it felt amazing. Still a little dizzy ( this happens when I watch any youtube self relaxing video) but I feel great. Thanks.

this actually works when my anxiety is high, dont know if its the speaker or the calm ocean life, but its great! i check my blood preasure before and after this video and it actually goes down after the video. NICE JOB
