Talak - Distilled rice wine. The rice is fermented with yeast and stored for sometime before being distilled to extract the alcohol content.
Lihing - Fermented rice wine. May be used in cooking and some has a sweet taste.
Linutau - Fermented tapioca or rice
Siopon - Fermented rice put in a jar and filled with water to drink. Sumbiling is used as a straw to suck the alcohol.
Bahar - Alcohol made from fermented sugary sap of coconut. It has a distincitve red colour and bitter taste.
