  • ALoha!! I was very interested in starting KB workouts. I was going to buy Kettleworx, but then having seen such awful reviews I changed my mind. Before I get your dvds, what weight do you recommend I get? I bought a 10lb...but now I'm thinking it might be too little? Thanks so much!

  • @nflati123 Hi Jennifer. I would highly recommend you start with a weight at least 15 or 18lb. Anything lighter you will be using your arms too much. You want to make sure you get the hip snap down, which will require you to have a heavier bell to do so. Hope this helps!

  • Thought you should know that my wife just purchased your Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning with Kettlebells DVD! I started kettlebell training through a friend and started doing the RKC Rite of Passage. When I showed my wife that women can do kettlebell training too, I specifically showed her your videos here on youtube and she became so interested she now attends a beginner RKC training class once a week and trains on her own now too.

  • Wow...the new dvd totally kicked my butt. I did 2 of the workouts (the grinder, finisher, and the cool down) and I feel great. Still having problems on my snatches though. Even though I try to punch through once the kettlebell reaches eye level, it still bangs the back of my forearm. Maybe I'm holding it too loosely as I punch up? Either way though, great DVD. I've been recommending your workouts to my friends at work.
