This documentary series provides an uncensored look into the minds of urban men via one of the few places they feel entirely comfortable speaking their minds: the barbershop. Delving into the issues relevant in their individual lives, they expound upon a broad variety of topics that affect society at large, including the war in Iraq, the Kobe Bryant scandal, and their own personal desires. Peppered with jokes and brimming with insight, this is an in-depth glimpse into the place that has served as a meeting of the minds within the Black community for years, an informal stage upon which men share their thoughts and ideas. The proceedings are highlighted by celebrity commentary from Isaac Hayes, Darin Henson (SOUL FOOD), Talent, J.B. Smoove (SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE), Sway, and DJ Red Alert, all of whom share barbershop stories of their own.
