A vegetarian/vegan friendly recipe - something that my mum taught me.

Sorry if I messed anything up - it's my first time uploading a video and I. Was. Really. Really. Nervous. I tried to make it look nice... Also, sorry if I sound patronising.

Check out Ben1607's account, he has really interesting vids including his favourites. I first discovered his channel while hunting for subliminal messages in Disney.

Vegetarianism for the poor animals, your health, the environment and much, much more! At least try it for 30 days. Try doing a sponsored vegan/ vegetarian diet thing and raise money for charity! (https://secure.peta.org/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=...) I've just started vegetarianism - it's really cool, you learn to make food without meat and with more spices - yummy!

Besides, how would you feel if you were in their hooves? Seriously. Imagine being force fed, or kept in a cage all day, or have pain inflicted on you so people can PLAY with you, or seeing your friends die for SPORT... the list is endless. I don't want to go into too much detail on why I advertise vegetarianism because I'll be writing an essay!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2-3 big (or 5-6 small) potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, cubed
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1-2 glasses of water
- spices to your particular taste

Method:
1. Put your diced potatoes in pan

2. Put 500g of peas (or more, according to your taste) into the pan, on TOP of the potatoes

3. Put the onion and garlic on top of the peas into the pan.

4. Make the "sauce" by mixing 1tablespoon of tomato puree with water and pouring it on top of the stuff already in the pan

5. Put it on the stove and heat it.

6. When the water rises, turn down the heat

7. Put your favourite spices/seasonings in.

8. When you feel the potato is soft enough (it probably won't go too mushy), then turn down the heat.

Other stuff:

1. If you find it a bit too tomato-y then eat with rice.

2. If you dare, try eating it with more (raw) onion or jalapenos... It's a bit weird first time you try it. Take a bite from onion/jalapenos/bread/other thing and then eat a spoonful of the pea food.

3. If you want you can add more vegetables. The idea behind it is that you put the hardest to cook at the bottom and the easiest to cook at the top (ie the times they take to cook).

4. You can eat it hot or cold.
