Come on. Are you still living in the stone age. I thought you would scan them and make pdf files of them. Law students can actually use those small 10 inch screen laptops. Because they dont use heavy softwares.
Pdf books are more user friendly.

this whole time i was thinking, "there's no way this guy is in law school. How the efff does he have all this time?" Good thinking definitely going to make my load a ton lighter. i shouldn't be on youtube

Brilliant! I was considering doing something like this to my math book but after searching around I found more people lamenting about how it wouldn't work (or whatever) but seeing that it was actually successfully done by someone and so easily! I've taken heart enough to finally break down and give it a try. Both I and my bad back thank you!

Just an update a month or two later... I love it. The pages haven't torn, and it is so light! I even saw somebody on Amazon selling his used cut books, so I still have hope for selling them back.

wow. Awesome idea!
BTW, as a graduate of about 25 years ago, 100 pages is about one week in class, not one month. Unless things have changed which is possible!
