You would look stunning either shaved or bald so, if you feel like doing it, go for it! It soon grows back a a sensible length and a pretty girl like you can handle almost any style! There's NO WAY your ears stick out.
Shame Britney's spoilt things for so many girls by getting being nuts associated with head shaving. Personally, I think it was one of the more sensible things she did - her hair was looking awful, yet the press picked on that rather than any other crazy things she was up to!
