So cute! It must have been rewarding raising this little tyke. I wish we had skunks over here, none in the wild, very rare as pets.

lol@ the Star Trek music in the background. So cute btw. But for future reference, it's a bad idea to play with baby skunks like that; they learn more aggressive play habits. And if a skunk bites a person, it has to be put down to test for rabies, since they can't get the shot. But since this one is going back into the wild, you probably gave it a better chance by doing that.

I think it's SOOO stupid that they're illegal in a lot of states. What makes them so bad? They're legal and domesticated and bred in some states, why not all? They practically harmless!

@pyroman675 I have no clue. We released him at a nature center bordering national forest with creeks and ponds to give him the best chance. We have gone back and called for him, but have never seen him again :(
