Awesome!!! You did this so professionally and with nice scientific info! I always wondered if you had to use starch to thicken it.. but u cleared that really well.. And really cool that you had another one already done to show us the consistency.. Really professional.. Please make more recipe videos!

I am a journalist from Germany. Since I lives in the US many years ago and love the American thanksgiving cooking I tried this recipe of yours and I LOVE IT. I am surprised how easy it was.
