Otherwise your bargaining rights are yours to make in contracting with employers, whose ability to sack (fire) people and to hire them at appropriate wages, is the basis of the consumers' prosperity as much as the employees' prosperity depends on the good direction of the employer lest they'd have to give up being a 'labourer' and work out how to direct capital themselves
