Hey I'm considering putting a udp on my car do you notice enough improvement in performance to say it's worth it?

Any updates on it? And what year Kneeon and what 2.0L, the dohc or Sohc? I've got an 05' SXT I'm considering this for, same eBay pulley. How hard was the install?

I had someone hold the brakes, had the car in gear, and it worked fine for me.
