While it is Halliburton Energy Services, with the volume of work we do, if we weren't around, the companies like Noble and EnCana would not be able to get the jobs done as fast as they are right now. They are drillers and oil exploration companies. We (Halliburton) are a oilfield service company. We can take wells that stopped producing and bring production back by stimulating the wells. So, yes, we do have a direct effect on the production of the oilfields.

You wanna bet? Halliburton takes care of us better than any union would. Our health insurance costs are low as hell, they pay us extremely well, they throw overtime hours out like it's candy, and they make sure we have time for our families. When go to our two weeks on, one week off schedule, that week off is paid. We get 54 hours of pay for being at home. Let's see the unions offer that. Also, if Halliburton is so bad, why would they take care of us the way they do?
