Baked Chicken Thighs with Potatoes
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjjhKRyueyg

I share how I bake boneless chicken thighs. A 4 oz. boneless chicken thigh has about 130 calories, 7 grams of fat, and 21 grams of protein.

1 package boneless chicken thighs
1 onion, coarsely chopped
Light butter
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon pepper
Onion powder
Heavy duty aluminum foil (the one that is 18 in. long)

1. Preheat oven at 400.
2. Place washed chicken on aluminum foil in a straight line.
3. Sprinkle seasonings on each piece.
4. Flip chicken and season other side.
5. Add onions and butter. (I cut in half 2-3 thinly sliced pieces of butter.)
6. Seal aluminum foil tightly over chicken.
7. Cook for 45 minutes in oven.*
8. After 45 minutes, unwrap chicken and bake for 15-20 minutes.

*I bake some foods on an old cookie sheet. It keeps my oven clean!
