Full Gingerbread rom with custom animations, without animations available also

This build is very stable
the things that are NOT working are hdmi and 4g but I don't use those regularly anyways so....yeah pretty much a fast choice for me

I downloaded CM-EX.v9T and gapps-CM7-2110106 and flashed them with no probs. But i'm not sure why I can not place the HTC clock/weather widget to the homescreen. Did I miss something in the download/flash process?

@Tunainthebrine79 The htc clock weather widget is a htc sense widget, this rom is aosp strictly google software..but you can get an app called beautiful widgets in the market which has that same clock and weather, and a lot more customized ones..

ok this looks great so if i follow all the steps to root my phone i will be ok im familiar with the process i used to change roms on my old zen mp3 player but that wasent 500 bucks but really is it worth the "risk" and how much of a chance is there of something going wrong

Where did you get the Cubed Music Player? I'm running CM7 now and I'd like to also have that same music player you are using.
