Your hand break is good, the pelvic movement toward home plate has a direct correlation to the stride. it starts of well in your delivery. If you allowed your hip to get out another couple inches, it would increase your stride length about 3-4 inches. This would improve the bracing action of the landing of ur front foot. This is what transfers energy through the delivery.

you also close yourself off slightly. Front foot should be in line w/ back leg at landing...will increase torque.

your short arming the ball when you pitch everytime... get longer and it will guarentee atleast 2-4mph on your fastball..and thats a lot
