hi there alethea u r my idol!! if one day i can be nearly as good as you i'll be blessed. i was wondering how it is to fight against strength loss and lack of energy?i used to super active and strong and be able to pull myself as many times as i wanted up the pole and invert strongly many times in only 4 months.... now i can only last an jour...because i caught mononucleosis. since then i can't to do anything the way i used to... im scared ive lost my strength forever...... help!

Just totally freakin' incredible!!! Where to even start??? Beautiful and amazing. Such strength, flexibility, and grace. I am staring at my pole wondering how on earth to get anywhere near where you are!
