Ingredients:
1. Sooji (Rawa)
2. Sugar
3. Ghee
4. Cashewnuts
5. Almonds
Method:
1. Put 2 spoons of ghee in a hot pan. Pour the sooji slowly in it.
2. Keep stiring the sooji till it turns faint brown.
3. Chop cashewnuts and almonds add it to the sooji and keep stiring.
4. Add same amount of sugar as the sooji and mix it properly.
5. Add three times the water as sooji and keep stiring while you add water so that it does not turn into lumps.
6. Put the flame to high to evaporate the water, keep stiring till it becomes semi solid.
