@paulgem123 Most certainly the best way to guarantee a Kosher diet also. Kudos!

I think it was the loss of the protective canopy of water that fell with the flood that reduced mens age more than the meat. But I can accept less meat is better.

Baruch HaShem Adonai ! Good for your mom. That's how I raise my son on good home cooked meals.

Try goat cheese it's expensive, so you'll eat less.
When I eat soy I try and buy sprouted Tofu, also Ezekiell bread it's sprouted grains and good for you.

I started drinking soy milk a while ago and absolutely love it. There are people who say that it boosts your estrogen levels...but that's a bogus study as well. Soy doesn't contain the same kind of estrogen humans have, therefore it is not complete and does no harm to the body...
I'm not gonna lie, tho...I still LOOOOOVE cheeeeese!
I bought the book and read it. It is remarkable how cancer can be cured by changing the diet to an organic vegan diet. Raw food diet gives so much energy the body needs.

Thanks for sending me this video. I need to start paying more attention to the foods I eat. I need to get more natural food (fruits & veggies) in my diet.
God bless you for sharing this information.

Your welcome. Try to eat raw (uncooked) frits and vegies as much as possible. Live foods !
YHWHbless you and keep you in Y'shua the Mashiyach.

This has intrigued me before. My only question is, if animal protein is bad for us, why did God tell us we could eat it?
I don't eat unclean and I stay away from dairy (because of the casein). Would love your thoughts.

I am not vegan but as my brother Andrew (morothannot) I try and reduce my meat intake and only eat grass fed beef and kosher chickens. I heard that blood B type should'nt eat chicken so I don't eat it very often at all.
